Mental Health Counselor                                    270-651-6757

As the district mental health counselor for Glasgow Independent Schools, I am currently working in collaboration with the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative (GRREC) on a grant called Project Prevent Safe Place. The purpose of this collaboration is to implement a mental health program within the elementary, middle, and high school. The role also includes assisting with Senate Bill 1 (School Safety and Resiliency Act) directives and assistance with Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) and Response to Intervention (RTI). Previously, I worked for 15 years as a school psychologist addressing the academic, behavioral, and mental health needs of students.
