The Council for Exceptional Children is an international community of professionals who are the voice and vision of special and gifted education. Kentucky Special Education Teacher of the Year Award

The Annual Conference Awards Luncheon held on Tuesday, November 22, included the Kentucky Special Education Teacher of the Year Award.  This award is presented as a collaborative effort between Kentucky Council for Exceptional Children and the Kentucky Division of Learning Services.  Denise Bailey and Leslie Brauer presented the awards to the three finalists.
