Message from Superintendent

We are blessed to have a staff that is devoted to bringing about as many positive experiences for our students as possible.  Glasgow High School and South Green Elementary continue to be shining stars in the realm of state assessment performance results.  These two schools are in the top 5% of schools statewide in regards to KPREP.  Glasgow Middle School was designated as a Proficient school. This classification designates GMS in the top 20% of middle schools state-wide and is continuing to strive for even better results.  Highland Elementary made tremendous gains and the dedication of the staff is quite evident and we firmly believe assessment data will continue to trend upward in the future. In addition, we are honored to be recognized as a distinguished district.   The significance of involvement and nurturing are critical in leading our students to successful pathways. Each staff member plays a vital role in ensuring our students are achieving at high levels with support.  We realize that the KPREP results are only a portion of our overall assessment as it relates to reaching our desired student outcomes.  Our schools are tirelessly engaged in offering the best services possible in order to produce students who are college and career ready.  Congratulations to all of our schools!
